It learns from the web when online, caches learned facts for offline use without duplications, supports on-screen horizontal mini UI with Text / Expand / Voice buttons, customizable name/personality in settings, and exposes a single Next.js 15+ API route ('/api') for all AI interactions.

make me an local ai that if online learns from the web and if offline then it saves everything that it learned online and if already saved that piece of information it doesn't save it again. It should be able to generate images for me for completely free and I can customize it's name and personality in settings. It runs in background when I'm not in app and it can be visible over other apps. and when the horizontal UI that is visible other apps I can press either "Text button" "Expand Button" Or "Voice Button" Text button will let me send messages via text, expand will let me see it's responses and Voice button will let me send voice chats to it. it cannot voice chat me back and can do actions for me via the horizontal menu. It can also learn from my screen at what I'm talking about. it should be an apk file to run on my android phone. Make it fully native apk build if you have to. Make it minimalist UI if you have to.
